As CEO and CTO of videantis, Hans-Joachim Stolberg is responsible for overseeing the company’s technical and strategical direction, planning, and execution. He grew videantis through all stages from a start-up company to a well-established international video IP solution provider. Hans has more than 20 years of experience in the field of video processors, including extensive research experiences in Germany and Japan. He holds a Dr.-Ing. (Ph.D.) degree in electrical engineering from the University of Hannover. Hans is a co-founder of videantis.
As Managing Director, Carsten Reuter is responsible for financial planning as well as the planning and fund raising of R&D projects on national and European level. He further identifies future application fields and new market directions for videantis. Carsten has more than 20 years of experience in the field of video applications. He holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Hannover. Carsten is a co-founder of videantis.
As VP Sales, Tony Picard is responsible for driving business in markets all over the world. Tony Picard brings over 20 years of sales, marketing and management experience with a proven track record in the semiconductor, EDA and IP business. Tony joined Videantis from Intrinsic-ID where he served as VP Business Development. Prior to that Tony was VP Sales at Silicon Hive (acquired by Intel Corp) and before that Tony served as Commercial Director World-Wide of ARM’s Media Products Division. Tony holds a M.Sc.E.E. degree from University of Antwerp, Belgium.
Marco has over 15 years of experience in the processor IP industry and multimedia applications. At videantis, he is responsible for corporate and product marketing. Prior to joining videantis, Marco was VP Marketing at Vector Fabrics, Director of Multimedia Marketing at ARC (acquired by Synopsys), and held management positions at Silicon Hive (acquired by Intel), BOPS (acquired by Altera), and Philips. Marco studied computer science at the Delft University of Technology and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Marco holds 7 issued patents in processor architecture and video.
Mark B. Kulaczewski
VP System Integration
As VP System Integration, Mark B. Kulaczewski is responsible for all system integration aspects of videantis IP into the customer design, including both hardware and software integration, and for customer project management. In this position, he works closely with videantis’ customers to ensure a smooth integration process, being the key for the company’s outstanding track record of first time right successes. Mark has more than 20 years of experience in the field of hardware and software engineering and project management. He holds an Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University. Mark is a co-founder of videantis.
VP Hardware Engineering
As VP Hardware Engineering, Sören Moch is responsible for the entire hardware IP, chip and board development at videantis including the core architecture of the videantis video processor family. With first-hand frontend and backend design experiences of numerous chip designs in a wide range of technologies, he is a valuable knowledge base to ensure successful customer chip designs with videantis IP. Sören has more than 18 years of experience in hardware and chip design for video. He holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Hannover. Sören is a co-founder of videantis.
VP Applications Engineering
As VP Applications Engineering, Andreas Dehnhardt oversees the application development of videantis on the proprietary videantis video processor family as well as on general embedded processors or DSPs. In this responsibility, he also works closely with videantis’ customers on all video application related topics. Andreas has more than 15 years of experience in the field of video applications. He holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Hannover. Andreas is a co-founder of videantis.
