CEO and CTO
As CEO and CTO of videantis, Hans-Joachim Stolberg is responsible for overseeing the company’s technical and strategical direction, planning, and execution. He grew videantis through all stages from a start-up company to a well-established international video IP solution provider. Dr. Stolberg has 19 years of experience in the field of video processors, including extensive research experiences in Germany and Japan. He holds a Dr.-Ing. (Ph.D.) degree in electrical engineering from the University of Hannover. Dr. Stolberg is a co-founder of videantis.
Carsten Reuter
Managing Director
As Managing Director, Carsten Reuter is responsible for financial planning as well as the planning and fund raising of R&D projects on national and European level. He further identifies future application fields and new market directions for videantis. Mr. Reuter has 19 years of experience in the field of video applications. He holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Hannover. Mr. Reuter is a co-founder of videantis.
Young-Hun Kluge
VP Sales and Marketing
Young-Hun Kluge serves as VP Sales and Marketing of videantis since 2007. He is responsible for driving business in markets all over the world. Mr. Kluge has more than 17 years of experience in the IP business. Before joining videantis, he held Director and VP Sales and Marketing positions at Silicon Image and Infineon Technologies (sci-worx). Mr. Kluge holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in microelectronics from the University of Hannover.
Mark B. Kulaczewski
VP System Integration
As VP System Integration, Mark B. Kulaczewski is responsible for all system integration aspects of videantis IP into the customer design, including both hardware and software integration, and for customer project management. In this position, he works closely with videantis’ customers to ensure a smooth integration process, being the key for the company’s outstanding track record of first time right successes. Mr. Kulaczewski has 18 years of experience in the field of hardware and software engineering and project management. He holds an Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University. Mr. Kulaczewski is a co-founder of videantis.
Sören Moch
VP Hardware Engineering
As VP Hardware Engineering, Sören Moch is responsible for the entire hardware IP, chip and board development at videantis including the core architecture of the videantis video processor family. With first-hand frontend and backend design experiences of numerous chip designs in a wide range of technologies down to 40nm, he is a valuable knowledge base to ensure successful customer chip designs with videantis IP. Mr. Moch has more than 15 years of experience in hardware and chip design for video. He holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Hannover. Mr. Moch is a co-founder of videantis.
Andreas Dehnhardt
VP Applications Engineering
As VP Applications Engineering, Andreas Dehnhardt oversees the application development of videantis on the proprietary videantis video processor family as well as on general embedded processors or DSPs. In this responsibility, he also works closely with videantis’ customers on all video application related topics. Mr. Dehnhardt has 12 years of experience in the field of video applications. He holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Hannover. Mr. Dehnhardt is a co-founder of videantis.
